Creative Video Wall in the United States

Overview

BNG team in the USA needed a creative video wall display and Seada were on hand to help! We provided 2 G4K Pro units for this 8 screen video wall. After their team programmed the controllers, they were left with a vibrant, eye-catching display.

The G4K Pro standalone serial video wall controllers accept a single 4K input source and divides it across up to four displays, each with a resolution up to 1920×1200 @ 60Hz. Each output supports rotation of any degrees. Each output is also able to crop the original input content arbitrarily. The resolution and frame rate of outputs can be upscaled and downscaled freely for all sorts of applications. In addition, whenever the input signal includes embedded audio, the G4K Pro is able to support audio output. This makes the G4K Pro the ideal solution for eye catching creative video walls, where audio is also required.

BNG were able to come to Seada directly and purchase the units and any support was offered and continues to be offered after sale. The customer was very impressed by how ‘easy’ it was to programme the controllers and create the video wall. The G4K Pro units work perfectly for this application as they are hardware based, meaning the foyer power can be shut on and off and the G4K Pro’s will instantly start back up again showing the source material. There is no loading time and also no chance of crashing due to there being no operating system.

The solution was exactly what BNG needed due to the G4K Pro’s ability to output at any degree. This aspect provided the user with 360 degrees of creativity and the chance the create a visually original and eye-catching display.
